The Art Apprentice Intern will have the opportunity to assist with all facets of ACT’s Art Apprentices class. ACT’s Art Apprentice class provides inclusive visual art opportunities for transition-aged students with disabilities (ages 18-26) interested in developing a portfolio of artwork, exhibiting, and selling their work. The Art Apprentice Intern will support the teaching artist and students in weekly classes, help students prepare portfolios, artist statements, and bios, and assist with administrative duties related to the Art Apprentice’s exhibits and sales.
