Founded in 1992, Jewish Theatre Grand Rapids is dedicated to presenting quality theatrical productions with Jewish themes that are universal in appeal. In doing so, they hope to enrich the Jewish experience in West Michigan, and inform, educate, and engage both the Jewish and non-Jewish community. It's live theatre to learn, love, and laugh with!

Opera is a truly mulitmedia musical experience, complete with lavish sets and costumes, intense light shows, and a full orchestra, riveting stories and incredible singing. Main stage productions take place in DeVos Performance Hall and all are presented with English translations, so regardless of the language, it's easy to follow the story. The Grand Rapids Operas feature amazing national artists, the Opera Grand Rapids chorus, and the Grand Rapids Symphony.

CARE has been delighting children and adults with family-friendly ballets for almost a quarter of a century. Our one-hour performances make classical ballets and children’s stories come alive through dance. Attending our ballets has never been easier with our move to a new venue this fall. Our dancers will soar on the state-of-the-art stage of the East Grand Rapids High School Performing Arts Center with convenient free parking. Plus, we always offer an opportunity for our young audience to talk with the ballet dancers at the conclusion of a performance. We want to nurture a love of ballet!

The museum building is wheelchair accessible, standard wheelchairs are available at no charge and service animals are welcome. Other services are available to hearing and visually impaired visitors (including a T-coil assisted listening loop, sign language interpreters, and interpretive guides for the visually impaired).
